Meat Free Mondays is all
about helping people to have one day a week free of meat, but this does
not necessarily have to be a Monday!!
This is not just for vegetarians, it is for people who want to
experiment with flavours and vegetables and discover that they can
create exciting colourful meals without always relying on meat.

run a craft or gardening session
aimed at 0 to 3 years old, 2.50 per child, which includes
materials,
